FESTIVAL CURRENCY for beverage stallholders
| Festival Currency | Towradgi Beach Hotel’s Beer, Food & Wine Festival is utilising Festival Currency for 2024 to ensure speed of service at Vendor stalls. All beverages purchased at our Beer, Food & Wine Festival must be paid for using Festival Currency. |
| How does it work? | At the venue, Festival Currency wristbands can be topped up at currency stands or by roaming currency sellers. Visitors can simply ask a Vendor how much credit they have remaining and scan their wristband, or do the same at any roaming seller or festival currency booth. |
| How does it benefit you? | Intelligent information – Insights into what products you are selling including when they are being sold. Average & total visitor spends, broken down by day and hour. Increased spend per customer (25-40%) Full control and transparency, increase of confidence and trust – See your sales results updated live with every sale. Eliminate theft – No cash or floats required. Shorter Queues! You simply press two buttons, scan a wristband and the transaction is concluded! This sales process takes 3-4 seconds, far shorter than handling cash, tokens or using EFTPOS. |
| How to collect? | With Festival currency you’ll be able to receive live updates with every sale and at the completion of the event, operators will be able to redeem 70% of the total value of the vouchers to their nominated bank account. Alternatively, operators can redeem their vouchers for cash payment on the day (please advise if you wish to do so). |
