TBH FRIDAYS W/ YOURS AND OWLS AUGUST

August 18, 2023 @ 8:00 am 5:00 pm

We’ve scoured the local and interstate scenes to curate a month of lineups that are hotter than a summer heatwave. From homegrown legends to rising stars and rebellious out-of-towners, the TBH stage will be set on fire with the coolest acts around.

Kicking things into gear we have Djanaba blessing us with her presence! The indigenous artist is based in Newcastle and having recently released with Pnau, boasts 30k streams monthly and has HUGE things on the horizon. Make sure you get down early and don’t miss Miramar & The Sweaty Betty’s!

Launching her new project, RIIKI REID is an exciting new chapter for artist Raquel Abolins-Reid. The multifaceted artist’s knowledge of both music and movement allows her to create catchy and intriguing music influenced by a range of genres. Come catch Riiki Reid before she’s selling out stadiums! Daphne and Seeker are set to share the stage with Riiki, making for an unforgettable evening.

Ra Ra Viper are just beginning to introduce Australia and the world to their distinctively West Australian-textured alt-rock. The Fremantle-based 5-piece are preparing to release their sophomore EP in early 2023, setting themselves up for a busy second half of the year on the live stage. They’re going on tour with Dulcie and they decided to bless us by passing through TBH! Opening the night will be Horsin Around so make sure you get in early!

YNG Martyr is a 21-year-old indigenous artist from Canberra, most notably known for his viral song “Nike Ticks”. Surprisingly, his music career began in an online video game chatroom, when a competitor challenged him to freestyle rap for his peers. Making absolute waves in no time YNG Martyr is set to be the next big thing. Making this lineup officially HUGE we have: Charbel & Breakfast Road!

Mark your calendars because August is going to be a month to remember! With stunning performances and killer drinks specials every TBH Friday, and the best part… FREE ENTRY!
